3. How We Use Your Information

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information is processed in the US where data protection laws may differ.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
